Who We Are
Our Roots
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. The Iksha Foundation is a dynamic force for positive change, conceived by teenagers Kalvin Richard, Nandika H, and Jigisha Hota in response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Evolving from a small project to a youth-driven organization, we are dedicated to creating a sustainable circular economy and providing quality education to underprivileged children. Our journey embodies the transformative power of collective action, innovation, and compassion. Join our non-profit organisation in reshaping lives, transforming futures, and fostering a brighter, greener, and more equitable world.

Our Projects
Project
Cov-Action
Community Care Amid Crisis
Project Cov-Action by The Iksha Foundation embodies our commitment to providing holistic support during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cov-Action distributed essential food items to underprivileged households, while also committing to help with their financial needs. This initiative reflects our dedication to community care, addressing vital needs and well-being during challenging times
Project CTRL +S
Transforming Scrap into Education
Project CTRL + S is the heartbeat of The Iksha Foundation, an innovative initiative dedicated to repurposing scrap paper into tools of education. Through collaborative efforts, we've recycled over 22,000 kgs of scrap paper, creating notebooks and stationary materials. This eco-conscious effort aligns with our commitment to sustainability and quality education, fostering positive change through recycled pages.
Project
Dhanika
Sustainable Women's Health
A crucial facet of Cov-Action by The Iksha Foundation, Project Dhanika provides eco-friendly sanitary solutions to underprivileged women. These sanitary napkins are reusable, recyclable, biodegradable and designed by one of our founders. We also conducted these sessions to educate underprivileged women about the importance of sanitary hygiene, fostering awareness alongside practical support for sustainable women's health.
