The Iksha Foundation, founded in 2021 by Nandika H, Kalvin Richard, and Jigisha Hota, three young changemakers, was driven by a common purpose: to create tangible environmental impact through youth-led action. At the age of fourteen, they believed they could contribute, even in the smallest means, to their community.  Their youth-driven Covid-19 response team evolved into a fully youth-run organisation, aiming to integrate youth in every step of creating a Climate Action Movement. This movement targets underprivileged communities and equips them by providing means for quality education through circular economic practices. Together, they continue to expand Iksha’s impact, fostering a growing network of young individuals committed to equitable and lasting solutions.
